Lawmakers in the Minnesota House have passed a bill that could cut the minimum wage for thousands of tipped workers. The bill allows restaurants to pay servers a lower minimum wage if they make $12 an hour or more with tips. The proposal passed 73-to-56 late Wednesday night.
