Two people were arrested Thursday after witnesses saw someone with a gun on the University of Minnesota Duluth campus. The school was put in lockdown when a UMD employee called 911 after seeing a man drop a weapon. The university says a 15-year-old boy and a 19-year-old man were arrested, and a pellet gun was recovered.
