A local Costco is recalling an undetermined amount of lean fresh ground beef due to the possibility that it could be contaminated with E. coli, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service.

Minn. Dairy Voluntarily Recalls Skim Milk

The Minnesota Department of Agriculture has issued a consumer advisory for some skim milk produced by a Forest Lake dairy. The department says consumers should avoid drinking Autumnwood Farm brand skim milk in one-half-gallon glass bottles with a sell-by date of June 24. A routine inspection found the milk had not been properly pasteurized.
