Police: Red Wing Jogger Falls Off 200-Foot Cliff, Dies

Red Wing police are investigating after a man died Wednesday night, presumably falling off a 200-foot rock wall at the top of barns bluff. Witnesses were performing CPR on the man at about 8:50 p.m. Wednesday. But he was pronounced dead at the scene by authorities before being transported to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.
