St. Paul To Begin Repaving 20 Worst Roads The city of St. Paul is starting a $2.5 million repair and resurfacing project for most of its 20 worst-rated roads. Construction on about half of the roads will start Monday and is slated to go through mid-October. Work will begin Sept. 22 on another four roads.
