Two people were killed after a head-on collision in northern Minnesota Tuesday afternoon, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Authorities were called to the crash at about 3:09 p.m. on Highway 11 at County Road 13 in Roseau County between the cities of Roseau and Warroad.
