The Minnesota Vikings have listed quarterback Teddy Bridgewater as questionable for their game at Green Bay. The final injury report of the week was released Wednesday, as the Vikings prepared to travel east for their primetime game against the rival Packers Thursday.
The sprained left ankle for quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is not serious, and the Minnesota Vikings are hopeful he’ll play against Green Bay. Coach Mike Zimmer said Monday that Bridgewater was feeling “a lot better” the day after the injury. The rookie had an MRI test after the game on Sunday, and the tests showed no major damage. The Vikings face the Packers on Thursday night.
Minnesota Twins right fielder Oswaldo Arcia has a sprained right ankle, forcing him out of the game against Milwaukee. Arcia was hurt Thursday after leading off the sixth inning with a double. When Trevor Plouffe whiffed on his bunt attempt, the Brewers caught Arcia with too big a lead off second base. Arcia rolled his right ankle when he tried to plant his foot and retreat and was picked off as he dived back into the bag.
Minnesota Timberwolves forwards Chase Budinger and Shabazz Muhammad will miss the final six games of the season with injuries. Budinger sprained his ankle in the first minute of play against Orlando on Saturday night and Muhammad sprained the MCL in his right knee on Friday night against Miami.
Minnesota guard Seimone Augustus will sit out Tuesday night’s game against the Atlanta Dream while recovering from a sprained left ankle. Augustus injured the ankle in Minnesota’s 32-point win over Phoenix on Sunday.
Minnesota Vikings receiver Percy Harvin is listed as doubtful for the game Sunday against Detroit with a sprained left ankle.
