A 53-year-old St. Cloud man is in jail accused of striking a man multiple times with a hammer, according to police.

Authorities said the body of a 24-year-old man was found in a garage fire at a St. Cloud rental home earlier this week. Police identified the victim as Torry Niles Wiebke of St. Cloud.
