Twins Announce $24M Deal With Phil Hughes

The Minnesota Twins have signed former Yankees right-hander Phil Hughes to a $24 million, three-year contract. The Twins reached agreement with Hughes last week and finished it on Thursday after the 27-year-old passed his physical.

Twins Announce Signing Of FA Pitcher Ricky Nolasco

The Minnesota Twins announced Tuesday the signing of free agent pitcher Ricky Nolasco. The right-handed starting pitcher signed a four-year deal with a club option for a fifth year. Nolasco will earn a guaranteed $12 million per year through each guaranteed year of the contract.
