A woman walked away from a shooting in south Minneapolis with minor injuries on Friday night. Police received a report of shots fired around 11:30 p.m. near 38th Street and Elliot Avenue South. Authorities say stray bullets hit the victim’s car. She went to the nearby market and called for help.
Three people involved in a drive-by shooting in downtown Minneapolis early Saturday morning have been charged with weapons and riot offenses. According to the Hennepin County Attorney’s office, Michael Rolack Jr., TyLynne Wilson and Loretha Peoples were charged in connection with a shootout that happened just before 2:30 a.m. on 2nd Avenue near 5th Street.
Police arrested three people after an overnight shooting in downtown Minneapolis Saturday which injured two women. The incident happened on 2nd Avenue near 5th Street at about 2:30 a.m. when passengers from two separate cars began firing shots at each other, according to Minneapolis Police. Two women in a third and fourth car were hit by stray bullets
