It’s not even spring and the food truck scene is already buzzing. It seems the newest thing in food trucks is to secure a place without wheels where customers can sit down and enjoy great food and service.
Snow fell on Thursday in parts of Minnesota — that means the food truck season is sadly nearing an end. But fear not, fellow food truck followers. It seems the new trend from our mobile munchers is to turn their trucks into fabulous new restaurants.
The words “sushi food truck” may seem like an oxymoron to some. Fresh fish coming out of a parked truck? Isn’t that some kind of health hazard? Well rest assured, the fine folks at SushiFix in downtown Minneapolis have managed to conquer the art of sushi from a truck — and then some.
