Police said a woman who died Sunday after she was found unresponsive in a car south of downtown St. Paul had been shot. Police have identified the woman as British Autavia Morris-Rice of St. Paul. St. Paul Police said officers discovered Morris-Rice, 22, while on routine patrol late Saturday night near the intersection of Robert and George Streets.
