A 34-year-old Hastings woman is accused of threatening to shoot up a Burnsville hospital, leading to a lockdown late last week, according to charges filed Monday in Dakota County Court. Katrina Evelyn Schanus was charged with one count of terroristic threats in connection with the Jan. 30 incident.
