A fire tore through a Twin Cities townhouse building Thursday morning, forcing a man to leap for his life. People could see the smoke for miles as the right half of the complex on West 144th Street burned.
One person is dead after a fire at a home in St. Paul. Firefighters responded around 4:30 a.m. Sunday to the fire on Glendale Street. When they arrived, they found flames on one side of a row of townhouses.
Two people were able to escape their Spring Lake Park townhouse after a fire broke out in the building overnight. The incident happened just before 11 p.m. Sunday on the 1300 block of Crown Oaks Drive.
