Authorities have identified a Minnesota man who died in a crash on an icy Interstate 94 in southeastern North Dakota. The Highway Patrol says 40-year-old Gregory Hillukka, of Cokato, Minnesota, died Wednesday when he lost control of his car near Valley City.
