A 22-year-old man is charged with more than 20 counts of both criminal vehicular homicide and criminal vehicular operation in a rollover crash that killed one person last November.
Authorities said a man suspected in the robberies of West St. Paul pharmacies was arrested Tuesday after attempting to rob another pharmacy in the area. Police were called to the Walgreen’s on the 1100 block of South Robert Street at about 3:22 p.m. Tuesday on a report of a robbery in progress.
The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says a suspect matching the description of the man who held up a Target Pharmacy Thursday has struck again.

According to the Dakota County Attorney’s office, 19-year-old Donovan Michael Diego, 17-year-old Christino Andres Rosario and 18-year-old Malik Jamal Alize Farmer are accused of shooting and killing 31-year-old Luis David Reyes-Galvan during an attempted robbery and burglary on Jan. 11. The complaint alleges that the teens planned on robbing Reyes-Galvan with guns they had acquired in a burglary in West St. Paul on Jan. 10. The teens first knocked on the Reyes-Galvan’s door, and after no response, they waited in a nearby vehicle until he arrived.
Family members say the adult tricycle that was stolen from a man with autism has been found. The tricycle, made by Worksman, was stolen Saturday night from a bus stop on Robert Street Saturday night.
Police in West St. Paul are asking for the public’s help in finding an adult tricycle that belongs to a man with autism. The trike’s owner, Elliott Albright, doesn’t drive and relies on his trike to get him from his West St. Paul apartment to the nearest bus stop. Albright told WCCO why it’s so important for him to get it back. “I’m walking a lot more and it’s hard because I have limited mobility,” Albright said. “One of my legs, I do limp, so it harder for me, a lot harder to get around without that.”
