Teens Charged In Murder Of West St. Paul Man

Three teenagers were charged Friday with first- and second-degree murder for the death of a West St. Paul man in January. According to the Dakota County Attorney’s office, 19-year-old Donovan Michael Diego, 17-year-old Christino Andres Rosario and 18-year-old Malik Jamal Alize Farmer are accused of shooting and killing 31-year-old Luis David Reyes-Galvan during an attempted robbery and burglary on Jan. 11. The complaint alleges that the teens planned on robbing Reyes-Galvan with guns they had acquired in a burglary in West St. Paul on Jan. 10. The teens first knocked on the Reyes-Galvan’s door, and after no response, they waited in a nearby vehicle until he arrived.

Man With Autism Seeks Help Finding Stolen Adult Tricycle

Police in West St. Paul are asking for the public’s help in finding an adult tricycle that belongs to a man with autism. The trike’s owner, Elliott Albright, doesn’t drive and relies on his trike to get him from his West St. Paul apartment to the nearest bus stop. Albright told WCCO why it’s so important for him to get it back. “I’m walking a lot more and it’s hard because I have limited mobility,” Albright said. “One of my legs, I do limp, so it harder for me, a lot harder to get around without that.”
