With its impressive selection of drinks, Amore is a great place for the coffee drinker who likes to take chances. According to Amore’s website, it is “famous for its its hot chocolate, mochas, iced kona mochas, and chai.”
Yes, Dunn Bros is a national chain, but I included it in the list because it started in St. Paul. Also, I am beginning respect Dunn Bros a lot more because it still manages to maintain that “independent” feel. A great place for conversations and studying.

This is not your average coffee shop. Fresh Grounds is awesome because it is a non-profit business where 100 percent of the profits go back into its program, which provides job training for at-risk youth. So, not only can you grab a great coffee, you can do a little good!
