People can see the beautiful waterfalls and learn about the history of the area while they hike this wonderful, scenic trail. This park is absolutely wonderful for a hiking trail at any time of the year. This hiking trail has long trail walks through the rugged outdoor terrains. The trees and shrubbery are spectacular and of all different colors. Visit in fall if you want to see some of the most beautiful and vibrant foliage in the state.

This scenic park offers miles of hiking trails and various lakes for year-round fun with its prestigious outdoor recreation events and sporting activities. The most popular hiking trails in this area are Jensen Lake Trailhead and Holland Lake Trailhead. No one can deny that hiking along a lake makes for a more enjoyable experience. Take a dip if you find yourself a bit overheated from the trek.

This park offers the famous Schaar’s Bluff Trailhead hiking trail. This trail provides any potential hiker with an awesome scenic view of the Mississippi River Valley. Bring your camera along to take photographs of your trip. Hastings has some of the most hilly terrain in the state and offers a different glimpse of Minnesota’s natural beauty, especially during the summertime. The trials are more than three miles in length so they can double as a workout for the day. Stop in the cute town of Hastings for a meal before or after your adventure.
