Q: Fun car. Where did you get it?

A: I got my car from a guy off of Craigslist back in 2006 or 2007. Evidently he had too many Porsches and needed me to take this one off of his hands. It only had 20,000 miles on it when I got it.

Q: Was there a special reason why you bought your car?

A: My parents had just passed away and my dad's favorite color was yellow, so I wanted to get a yellow car. Plus, I had just turned 40. I wasn't going to have any kids, so this car is kind of like my baby and my financial advisor told me to buy this one.

Q: What is your favorite thing to do in your car?

A: I love to go on long road trips and just drive around with my dog.

Q: What is your favorite place that you've gone in your car?

A: I went on a long road trip to the southern and eastern United States. That was a lot of fun, plus the Badlands and even just going camping anywhere and everywhere.

Q: What was your best road trip that you've gone on in the Porsche?

A: I loved going to Northwest North Dakota, the Badlands. And this car has taken me all over the place--Texas, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, to the Mexican border and almost to the Canadian border.

Q: Do you have a favorite memory in it?

A: There was this guy in the Como neighborhood of Minneapolis who was my old neighbor. He used to tell me every single day that I needed a bigger car or a smaller dog. My other favorite memory in this car is all the times I've gotten to watch sunsets while driving around in it.

Q: Do you have any fun facts about your car?

A: I bought it one evening July 6, 2006. My friend totaled it the very next day. It was only insured for 16 hours! Oh, and it is so much fun to go on the Cloverleaf ramps off the highways because it goes so fast and there is no fear of flipping this car over. I also love my luggage space in this car. There is room in the back and under the hood for luggage. It's great.
