Patrol: Naked Man Runs Into Traffic In Bloomington

BLOOMINGTON (WCCO) -- An emotionally disturbed man was taken to a hospital after he allegedly ran naked into lanes of traffic in Bloomington Tuesday afternoon, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Lt. Erik Roeske of the State Patrol says the man drove his car to the highway next to IKEA, parked it on the side of the highway, was ripping up paper and then ran into lanes of traffic.

The man was taken into custody for his own protection and brought to a hospital.

Roeske says he doesn't think there will be any criminal charges.
