Christopher & Banks Declares Dividend Of 6 Cents

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Christopher & Banks Corp. is declaring a quarterly dividend of 6 cents a share.

The specialty women's clothing company said Wednesday that the dividend will be paid on Jan. 26, 2011, to shareholders of record on Jan. 12, 2011.

Last week, Minneapolis-based Christopher & Banks reported that it moved to a fiscal third-quarter loss, hurt by declining revenue and a hefty charge.

The company had 788 stores in 46 states as of Wednesday.
