ALBERTVILLE, Minn. (WCCO) — Family and friends of a Minnesotan who plays for the Pittsburgh Steelers gathered Sunday night to cheer on his team.
Matt Spaeth is a tight end for the Steelers. He’s from St. Michael and played for the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers.
Friends and family gathered at Neighbors in Albertville to cheer on Spaeth, who has been in the NFL for four years. He made his second Super Bowl appearance Sunday night.
The Steelers lost to the Green Bay Packers.
