MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — It’s becoming the summer of the lunch truck in the Twin Cities. Some of the popular, mobile eateries even have a gourmet flavor. All along the avenues, hungry workers are finding a new way to dine.

There’s a real variety of choices — everything from brats and mini doughnuts to sweet potato tacos and lobster.
