Weather Blog: Now We're Talking!

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Our temps finally shot up over average Friday with a high of 61 degrees (that's 5 degrees warmer than average). Lucky for us, the mild air will stay in place right through the weekend.

Which day will be nicer? You decide.

Our Saturday will feature a partly cloudy sky with a high near 60.

The clouds will increase from west to east and bring some showers early Sunday as a cold front passes. The shower activity will be light with most towns only picking up a few hundredths of an inch.

Once the rain passes we will break into the sunshine again and warm to the low 60s.

The wind will pick up from the west in the 10-15 mph range.

Both days sound pretty good to me. Enjoy the mild air as highs slip to the upper 40s by next Wednesday.
