HOPKINS, Minn. (WCCO) — Hopkins Police are searching for a missing 14-year-old who is described as “vulnerable.”

Dominique McCaskel ran away from a care attendant around 3:30 p.m. near the intersection of Blake Road and Excelsior Boulevard.

McCaskel is currently living at a residential facility in Carver County.

He is described as a black male, about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing about 145 pounds. He was last seen wearing a striped shirt and jeans.

He’s not considered dangerous but could become nervous when approached.

If you see McCaskel, you’re asked to call police.

    This poor boy needs an Amber Alert! For God’s sake, what does it take to get attention for these kids!!!! If I saw him I would know what to do. If Joe Blow saw him he would not have a clue! This boy could be sexually molested and worse by now! OMG! What is with Hopkins Police???
