NLRB Ruling Favors 6 Fired At Jimmy John's

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A federal judge ordered a Twin Cities franchise owner to rehire six workers.

The workers were fired last year after speaking out about their lack of sick pay.

The St. Paul Pioneer Press reports those employees will also be paid for their time off the job.

The employees are part of the Industrial Workers of the World, a union that's trying to organize Jimmy John's workers at 10 metro sub shops.
