Interstates 35E & 94 In St. Paul Reopen Sunday Evening
ROSEVILLE, Minn. (WCCO) – Interstates 35E and 94, closed at Cedar Street/Capitol Interchange in St. Paul since Friday evening because of Central Corridor Light Rail Transit (CCLRT) work, will reopen by 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
According to the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT), both freeways had been scheduled to reopen by Monday morning at 5 a.m., but crews were able to complete work early.
Westbound I-94 between Highway 280 and I-394 remains closed but is scheduled to reopen by Monday morning at 5 a.m.
