Great Clips was on hand to explain “Bubble-A-Thon,” and the marketing director of the big new music fest in St. Paul — the River’s Edge Music Fest — had a preview of what to expect this weekend. Finally, we took a visit to a mini golf course we swear used to be an ice skating rink just a few months ago.
