1 Dead, 2 Injured In NW Wis. Crash

WASHBURN COUNTY, Wis. (WCCO) -- The Wisconsin State Patrol is investigating a Friday night car crash in northwestern Wisconsin that left one dead and two injured.

Police say a Dodge van pulled into the path of a Dodge pick-up at 8:58 p.m. Friday on Wis. 70 WB at USH 53 in Washburn County near Spooner, Wis.

Washburn County Sheriff, North Ambulance, Spooner Police Department and Shell Lake Police Department assisted in the crash.

Identities of those involved have yet to be released.
