So I atoned, I apologized, I prayed, I fasted. Now it’s time to set intentions to be better. There is no way I’m going to eat healthier, exercise more or be nicer (never gonna happen). So let’s get to the stuff I may actually have a shot at. This year I will:

Laugh more, self-pity less.

Offer more, take less.

Be more vulnerable, fear less.

Do more, procrastinate less.

Go with my gut more, be more open, have more fun, trust more.
