MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Tom Serratore’s goal early in the third period was the game-winner as Minnesota beat Wisconsin 3-1.

Ryan Little’s short-handed goal gave the Badgers (1-5-2, 1-3-2) a 1-0 lead with just over three minutes left in the first period.

It was all goalie Adam Wilcox from there and the freshman finished with 16 saves for Minnesota. The Gophers outshot Wisconsin 28-17.
