Twin Cities Couple Starts Blog On Camping Across Minnesota

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- As Minnesotans begin the summer camping season this Memorial Day weekend, one metro family is making sure we're as prepared as we can be.

Kelly and Ryan Cunningham have started a new blog called "Beyond The Tent."  With their five children in tow, the Cunninghams plan to head out to campsites all over the state.  They'll be posting reviews on each place they visit, detailing the good and bad as they experience them.

The Cunninghams will also review the latest in camping gear at different price points. From tents to propane fueled campfires, they'll tell us what worked for them and what didn't live up to expectations.

Kelly and Ryan got the idea to start the blog after reviewing RVs for the Minneapolis Camping Show. Their goal is to make camping easier for families, and to help them save a little money.
