Body Found In Washinton Co.; Search Called Off For Missing Man

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The search for a missing man has been called off after a body was discovered in Hugo, Minn. Sunday, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

The Sheriff's Office says at 3:22 p.m. a search party found the body of what appears to be an elderly male in Hugo.

The search party was looking for Radivoje "Ray" Novakovic, who went missing last Sunday.

Authorities have not positively identified the body.

The Sheriff's Office investigators are working on the case with the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office. Authorities have been in contact with Novakovic's family.
