OTSEGO, Minn. Authorities said the incident took place at 12:09 p.m. on the 8300 block of Wright County Road 19 in Otsego, Minn. The names of both parties are being withheld pending notification of family. The incident remains under investigation by the Wright County Sheriff’s Office.
