The WCCO Morning Show team decided to run with the idea, and everyone brought in their mothers to see how the sausage is made at 4:30 a.m.
After Jamie Yuccas, Natalie Nyhus and Nina Moini introduced their mothers to the set, and Jason DeRusha and Mike Augustyniak established a video connection via Skype, it was time to put them to the morning news test.READ MORE: COVID In MN: Gov. While some couldn’t help but add their own editorial takes on the headlines they were reading, others did their best to remain unbiased.
