Shane Hudella, the founder of Defending the Blue Line, started the non-profit back in 2009. The goal was to help out military families with the high costs of playing hockey.

Participants also walk away with $15 in coupons from Chipotle and Pei-Wei. There’s also a grand prize $50 gift card from Gander Mountain.
