MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) –– A Cold Spring, Minn., man and restaurant owner came forward Friday to claim a $1 million Minnesota raffle prize, state lottery officials say.
Carlos Vega Vega stopped by the Roseville lottery headquarters with his wife and son to claim the big Minnesota Millionaire Raffle prize. “Hopefully this won’t be the last time I’m here,” he reportedly said, leaving lottery headquarters.
