MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 21-year-old Amery, Wis. man is charged with driving under the influence after crashing his car with a 6-year-old boy inside.

When a Polk County deputy and a state trooper responded to the scene, they noticed indications of marijuana use by Graski. After taking field sobriety tests, Graski was arrested.READ MORE: Missing 12-Year-Old Girl Found After Land And Air Search In Scandia
The child was returned to his mother.
