MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The Minneapolis Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding the owner of a dog who killed another dog at the Martin Luther King Park in the Kingfield Neighborhood Sunday evening.

The owner is described as a woman standing 5-foot-1 to 5-foot-4, carrying a baby and accompanied by two smaller boys and a girl, 9 to 10 years old.
