Police ID Woman Killed In St. Paul Dispute

ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) – St. Paul Police said a 46-year-old woman was killed Saturday night as a result of a dispute and a 54-yard-man is in custody in connection with the incident.

Police were called to the 1400 block of Minnehaha Avenue at about 5:30 p.m. Saturday. When officers arrived, they found the woman dead at the scene. Authorities said Sunday it was not a domestic dispute and that the woman was married. The suspect, identified as Willie Chestnut, was a friend.

The victim was identified as Towanda Harris of St. Paul.
