Recipe: Yuzu-Lime Gin Fizz
Makes 1 cocktail
Ingredients
2 oz gin
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
4 oz club soda
1/2 oz Yuzu No Sui yuzu juice
1 lime wedge
Directions
Combine the gin, yuzu juice and syrup in the bottom of a cocktail glass. Stir to combine.
Fill the glass with ice and add the club soda. Stir to combine.
Squeeze the lime juice from the wedge into the glass and place it in the drink for garnish.
