Mom Who Drove Kids Into Pond Accused Of Neglect
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- After surviving a crash that killed two of her five children, a Maple Grove woman is facing accusations of neglect.
Marion Guerrido's 2-year-old child suffered brain and organ damage after last November's tragic accident.
Reports say Guerrido is now facing accusations of depriving the toddler of food and medical care.
The child requires a feeding tube while sleeping, and officials say Guerrido has not complied with a court order to keep the feeding tube in.
She is due in court on July 11.
