MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — St. Paul Police have identified the man who died Tuesday night after a shooting in St. Paul.

At approximately 11 p.m. Tuesday, an officer in the area of Hamline and Marshall avenues heard what he believed to be shots fired. The officer continued to look in the area until he found Willingham on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound.READ MORE: Man Dies In Lake Street Shooting
Willingham was taken to Regions Hospital where he was treated. He was expected to live after being treated at the hospital, but he died due to complications from the gunshot wound Wednesday morning.
