MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A 54-year-old Willmar man, accused of posing as an Army Ranger veteran, is in the Kandiyohi County Jail for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Willmar Police say Richard Arthur Rahn was arrested Tuesday night after officers served a search warrant at his home on 2nd Street Southwest.
