MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – It’s a sign of the season!

Christmas lights and displays unloaded to get ready for this year’s seventh annual holiday lights in the park.

Crews are working overtime this year to get everything ready at Phalen Park in St. Paul.

That’s because the trucks packed with all of the lights got stuck in the crippling snow storm that hit Buffalo, N.Y. this week.

“Holiday Lights in the Park” is set to open this Tuesday.

Despite the delayed delivery, officials say everything will be setup on time.

Money raised from the event goes to local non-profit organizations.
