In a statement, Brooklyn Park police say they are taking cases of underage drinking seriously and will investigate to find the provider.

“Underage drinking is a concern because we know it’s not just about kids taking a few sips of alcohol,” their statement reads. “In Brooklyn Park a significant number of crimes involve juveniles who consume alcohol. Cutting off the source of alcohol and stopping underage drinking is an important way to reduce juvenile crime and violence.”
