Food Truck's Propane Tank Likely Caused Explosion
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - Investigators say the food truck explosion in Lakeville over the weekend may have been caused by the propane tank.
The truck exploded late Friday night on Joplin Path.
The blast could be heard for miles and debris was scattered up to 500 feet away.
Police say 20 homes in the neighborhood had damage.
Several garage doors were blown in, windows were broken and siding damaged.
Two people suffered minor injuries from the explosion.
