As for their beer?

Applen said they want to introduce new styles and flavors to Minneapolis.

They plan to focus on Belgian and Farmhouse style beers, offering a mix of flagship, year-round brews and seasonals. All of which will be available in the taproom, Growlers and 750 mL bottles.

“Minnesota’s craft beer scene is exploding, and we’re excited to be a part of that.  Our focus is on Belgian and Farmhouse beers, beers that we love to brew and drink ourselves, and we’re excited to complement the other styles being brewed in the region,” Applen said.
