Survey: Millennials Get More Financial Help Than Previous Generations

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A recent survey stated that millennials are getting more financial help from their parents than their parents did when they were that age.

The USA TODAY/Bank of America survey shows 36 percent of millennials get help from their parents.

This is in comparison to the 12 percent of their parents who said they received help from their mom and dad.

The study also shows millennials aren't moochers. It states that they are just having a harder time becoming financially dependent at the same pace as their parents.
