The police department says officers were called to the intersection of Pillsbury Avenue and West Lake Street just before 2 a.m.

At the scene, officers found the body of the victim, who has yet to be identified.

Police say offices interviewed several people, and they’re continuing to canvas the area.

Investigators say the shooting appears to have happened following an argument between two groups of people, and is not believed to be random.

No arrests have been made.
